Effective and last updated: August 27, 2026

About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TMA Construction, LLC ("TMA Construction," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit tmaconstruction.com, request an estimate, contact us, or communicate with our Facebook Page or Instagram professional account.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Project details, service interests, messages, and other information you submit through our estimate form, email, telephone, or other contact channels.
  • Facebook and Instagram messages, comments, attachments, platform-scoped account identifiers, and related conversation, Page, post, or comment identifiers when you interact with our connected social accounts.

Information collected automatically

Our website and service providers may automatically receive device and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, interactions with contact or telephone links, and timestamps. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may be used for these purposes.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide estimates, and communicate about requested services.
  • Operate our Facebook and Instagram customer-messaging channels, maintain conversation context, and route appropriate matters to staff.
  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and communications systems.
  • Measure advertising and website performance and understand how visitors find and use our services.
  • Prevent abuse, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

Automated messaging

We may use automated and artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to classify incoming messages, answer routine questions, capture lead details, and identify conversations that require a staff member. These systems support customer service; they are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Sensitive, risky, or uncertain interactions may be escalated for human review.

Cookies and advertising technologies

We use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking to measure page visits, estimate requests, and telephone-link interactions and to evaluate advertising performance. These providers may set or read cookies and process device identifiers and activity according to their own privacy policies and your account, browser, or device settings.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as "sharing" or targeted advertising. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy and advertising controls offered by Google, Meta, and Microsoft.

How we share information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to:

  • Hosting, infrastructure, email-delivery, analytics, advertising, security, messaging, and AI-processing service providers that perform services for us.
  • Meta when you communicate through Facebook or Instagram, and Google and Microsoft when their measurement technologies operate on our website.
  • Professional advisers, government authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor or participating party in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

How long we retain information

We retain website inquiries and business communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Normalized Facebook and Instagram message or comment content stored by our engagement system is retained for up to 30 days. Content-free audit and security metadata may be retained for up to 90 days. Information may remain with Meta or another service provider according to that provider's settings and retention practices.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising or similar processing. You may also manage advertising and privacy settings directly through your browser, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Microsoft accounts.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We generally respond to verified requests within 45 days, subject to any extension permitted by applicable law.

You may appeal a decision by replying to our response and explaining your concern. If an appeal involving Texas privacy rights is denied, you may submit a privacy complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of information associated with a website inquiry, Facebook interaction, or Instagram interaction, email contact@tmaconstruction.com with the subject line Privacy Data Deletion Request. Include your name, the contact information or social account used to reach us, the channel involved, and enough detail for us to locate the information. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify information under our control within a reasonable period, unless retention is required or permitted by law. Deleting information from our systems does not automatically delete copies controlled by Facebook, Instagram, or another provider; use that provider's account controls for those copies.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.

External services and links

Our website and communications may link to or operate through third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date above.
